ህጋዊ ሰውነት አልማ በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሲቪል ማህበረሰብ ድርጅት ኤጀንሲ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1113/2011 መሰረት፣ በቀን 01/09/2011፣ በመዝገብ ቁጥር 1421፣ ዳግም ተመዝግቦ ህጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኘ፣ በአባላት ላይ የተመሰረተ እና መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ አገር በቀል ማህበር ነው፡፡

Establishiment

የአማራ ልማት ማህበር(አልማ) በግንቦት 1984 ዓ.ም ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ድርጅት ነው፡፡ አልማ ለክልሉ ህዝብ ኢኮኖሚያዊና ማህበራዊ ለውጦች ለማስመዝገብ እና የበኩሉን አስተዋፅኦ ለማድረግ የተመሰረተ ሀገር በቀል መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት ነው፡፡ የማህበሩ ዋና ጽ/ቤትም የአማራ ብሄራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ዋና ከተማ በሆነችው በባሕርዳር ከተማ ሲሆን በክልሉ 10 ማስተባሪያ ጽ/ቤቶችና በአዲስ አበባ አንድ ጽ/ቤት አለው፡፡ የአ/አበባ አልማ ጽ/ቤት ከአማራ ክልል ውጪ የሆኑ በአገሪቱ ባሉ ክልሎችና በውጭ አገር የሚገኙ የአማራ ክልል ተወላጆችንና ደጋፊዎችን ለልማት ስራ የሚያስባብር፡፡ በወረዳ ደረጃ የማህበሩን ተግባራትን የሚያከናውኑት በጎ ፈቃደኛ የሆኑ አካላቶች ሲሆኑ ከነዚህ መዋቅር በተጨማሪ ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭ በአንዳንድ የአፍሪካ ሀገሮች፣በአውሮፓ፣በአሜሪካ እና በእሲያ ማህበሩ በፍቃደኛ የማህበሩ አባላት የተቋሙ ተግባር እንዲመራ ያደርጋል፡፡

የማህበረሰቡን አቅም በማጎልበት፣ ሀብት በማሰባሰብ እና ህዝባዊ የልማት ተሳትፎን በማረጋገጥ የትምህርት፣ ጤና፣ ስራ ፈጠራ፣ የኑሮ ዘይቤ ማሻሻል እና መልሶ ማቋቋም ፕሮጀክቶችን ፍትሃዊ በሆነ መልኩ በመተግበር የልማት ጥረትን መደገፍ ነው፡፡
