1. መግቢያ የአማራ ልማት ማህበር (አልማ) በ1984 ዓ.ም የተቋቋመ አገር በቀል መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ድርጅት ሲሆን፣ የመቋቋሙም አላማ በክልሉ ያለው የማህበራዊ ልማት ክፍተት በመንግስት ብቻ የማይሸፈን በመሆኑ ህዝብን በማስተባበር የራሱን የልማት ችግር በራስ አቅም መፍታት እንዲቻል ለማድረግ ነው፡፡ በዚህም መሰረት ባለፉት ሰላሳ ሁለት አመታት ህዝቡን በማስተባበር በትምህርት፣ በጤና፣ በስራ እድል ፈጠራ ወዘተ በርካታ ተግባራትን ያከናወነና በማከናወን ላይ የሚገኝ ማህበር ነው፡፡ ማህበሩ በሚንቀሳቀስበት ወቅትና በየጊዜው የሚፈጠረው ነባራዊ ሁኔታ የተለያየ ቢሆንም ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ የመፈጸም አቅሙን በማሳደግ፣ ህዝቡን በማስተባበር፣ ለልማት የሚውል ሃብት በማሰባሰብ፣ በተገኘው ሃብትም የተለያዩ ፕሮጀክቶችን በመፈጸም ህዝቡን ተጠቃሚ በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ በዚህ ለአስራ አምስተኛው ጉባኤ በተዘጋጀው መጽሄት ባለፉት ሰላሳ ሁለት አመታት ማህበሩ ያከናወናቸውን ተግባራት በአጭሩ ይዳሰሳሉ፡፡ በዋነኝነትም ህዝባዊ ተሳትፎ ለዘላቂ ልማት በሚል መሪ ቃል ከ 2012- 2016 ዓ.ም የሚተገበር ትልቅ እቅድ አዘጋጅቶ የተንቀሳቀሰ ሲሆን፣ በዚህ ዘመን የተከናወኑ ተግባራት በዝርዝር ቀርበዋል፡፡ በዚህ የስትራቴጂክ ዘመን ክልሉ በተለያዩ ችግሮች ማለትም በኮሮና፣ በድርቅና ጎርፍ እንዲሁም በጦርነት የተጎዳ ቢሆንም የማህበሩን አቅም በማሳደግና ተለዋጭ እቅዶችን በመያዝ ያስቀመጣቸውን እቅዶች ለመፈጸም ጥረት ተደርጓል፡፡ የእቅዱን ያህል ባይሆን በተቋማዊ ለውጥ፤ በህዝብ ተሳትፎ፣ አጋር ድረጅቶች በማምጣት፣ ሃብት በማሰባሰብና ፕሮጀክቶች በመፈጸም ትርጉም ያለው ውጤት አስመዝግቧል፡፡ ይህም በተከናወኑ ተግባራት ሪፖርት፣ በተጠቃሚዎች፣ በአጋር ድርጅቶችና በፈጻሚዎች አንደበትና እንዲሁም በፎቶ ግራፍ ተደግፎ ቀርቧል፡፡ ከዚህም በተጨማሪ የቀጣይ ዘመን ማለትም (2017-2021 ዓ.ም) ስትራቴጂክ እቅድ ማጠቃለያ በዚህ ሰነድ ላይ በአጭሩ ቀርቧል፡፡
