Capacity building and rehabilitation of IDPs alongside sustainable development is a key task in 2021/22-Amhara Development Association(ADA)

Bahir Dar: 3, September, 2021(AMC)-Amhara Development Association announced that it will focus on capacity building and rehabilitation of displaced people alongside sustainable development in 2021/22. Melaku Fenta, CEO of the association, said the strategic transformation plan of the association has been implemented in a number of challenging situations. According to Melaku, one of the association's main activities for 2021/22 fiscal year is to recruit members, mobilize resources and strengthen revenue generation projects. Institutional transformation to make the association acceptable to the public and rehabilitation work will be given priority, he said. Melaku Fenta on the occasion said sustainable human resource development is crucial for the success of the core process. It was also stated at the forum that ADA will continue to strengthen its ongoing fundraising and rehabilitation activities with the Diaspora in 2021/22 fiscal year.
